This year, The thousand Island in North London saw the likes of Cape Cub, BROOKFIELD & Edwin Raphael, Strong Asian Mothers, Liza Owen, Albert Gold gracing the stage, and we ain’t stopping here. Nah. We saved the best for last.
Headliners How’s Harry, have been described as “The future of the UK Indie Scene”. Their unique take on indie rock has seen them build a massive fanbase in the capital, selling out all 3 of their London headlines, including most recently at the Hoxton Square Bar & Kitchen. With national tours & several festivals, including 2018’s Great Escape under their belt, 2018 releases ‘Totem‘ and ‘Desire‘ are already turning heads up and down the country.
London’s rawest trio, KOATES end 2018 with their much anticipated, second single release of ‘The Right Place’ This song is a perfect example of how to walk into a studio and smash out an instant classic, an anthemic pop song that hits its mark.
