Le Flow introduces the Cold Wave collection

1908 1272 Staff Writer

Lionel Le Flow has always been fascinated with basketball – and you can see it in his shoes.

As the creative force behind eponymous label Le Flow, the French Designer blends sportswear, athleisure and his basketball roots with a traditional Parisian cool. Other influences include hip-hop, jazz, photography, the photographer Kevin Couliau and painter Akihito Takuma. As you can see, nothing’s off limits.

While Le Flow has already made his mark via collaborations with Bottier and Givenchy, his debut collection – titled Cold Wave – marks his first solo foray. Having developed a special method of injecting paint into the rubber soles of each trainer (in a way that results in it dispersing randomly, making each shoe unique), it’s encapsulating of his forward-thinking approach to footwear. We’re big fans.
