Big Ocean have always found ways to say what the industry wasn't ready to hear. But with THE GREATEST BATTLE, what's left is just Jiseok, PJ and Chanyeon, documenting in plain terms what it has cost them to still be standing.

The trio – all deaf or hard of hearing – have spent their career navigating an industry that didn't always believe they had one. Jiseok was an Alpine skier before debut, dreaming about music from a world he was told belonged to someone else.

For our interview, Chanyeon puts it simply: this album is just them, plainly, in a way they weren't ready to be before. And that readiness shows. The record doesn't ask for understanding or acceptance. It assumes both, and moves forward anyway.
