5 Tracks From 5 Fresh Artists
by Mike Romero
Greetings from tmrw.
It’s that time once more — we’re shining a light on the rising talent that’s caught our attention lately. At tmrw, we’re always on the hunt for fresh sounds and take pride in discovering the next big thing before anyone else. Here are five standout tracks, crossing genres and showcasing remarkable artists from around the world.

Cinders – "Back to Shore"
Indie Pop
Indie-pop trio CINDERS has returned with their nostalgic yet explosive new single, “Back to Shore.” The track blends fuzzy guitar riffs, cinematic layers, and chant-worthy melodies that build into a cathartic chorus. Co-produced with Mike Sapone and mixed by Vince Ratti, the song explores the struggle to find clarity when your own mind turns against you.
For those new to the Cinders sound, you're going to fall in love with lead singer Montana Smith's unique voice. Raw, real, but some how still sweet, it's like a punk candy bar. He's joined by Brad Bennett on drums (who hits that snare like a BEAST) and Adrian De La Cruz on bass. For fans of Grouplove and The Front Bottoms.

Bruklin – "Good Cry (Acoustic)"
Acoustic Pop
The hallmark of any truly good song is how it holds up when translated across mediums and genres. The acoustic version of Bruklin's "Good Cry" proves that it's simply a well-written song. It's not easy to carry an acoustic track on your own, but Bruklin's melody is incredibly singable and easy to follow, and her voice commands attention.
This raw, stripped-down take explores the messy beauty of heartbreak with soulful vocals and a haunting, minimalistic vibe. Bruklin is one to watch.

Jessie Phelps – "Deep Down"
Roots Rock
Jessie Phelps calls herself “reliable and a little bit out there,” and her sound “a bit of alternative rock with a tinge of blues, but really it sounds like my ADHD.” Raised on rock and roll and forever changed after inheriting her grandfather’s vintage drum kit, Phelps has been touring and recording across the Midwest since 2006. Now based in London, she’s carving out her own path as a solo artist, writing and recording new music inspired by the hopes and dreams of her youth and a craving for independence.
“Deep Down” is a great track and really feels like a blend between that '80s softer post-new wave alt sound and classic groups like Fleetwood Mac. It carries a driving-yet-mellow energy that progresses just enough over the course of the track to keep things interesting without overpowering the song's true appeal: the rootsy mistique of Jessie's voice.

xoxodubstep – "Stay"
Electronic
Seattle’s own xoxodubstep delivers an irresistible blast of future house and bass house energy. This is a track that’s pure dance-floor fuel from start to finish. The upbeat vibe and punchy production hook you in right away, but it’s the insanely catchy lyrics that seal the deal – they’ve been stuck in our heads since the first listen. It’s the kind of song that demands to be played loud, whether you’re cruising through the city or tearing up a late-night party.

JakDel – "Sunfade"
Folk Rock
JakDel’s new single is your go-to indie folk anthem for road trips, backyard beers, and golden hour drives. Imagine Noah Kahan’s confessional vibes smashing into John Mayer’s smooth groove under a sun-soaked guitar line.
JakDel isn’t just another folk boy with a guitar. He recently opened for LANY at Electric Revival this summer, and he's fresh off a Pro Am win at the Michelin 24-Hour in Dubai as a member of the Porsche Junior Team.
This guy is heartfelt, folksy, and a geninuely interesting follow.
